Job Requirements
- You have successfully sold technology solutions into Top 200 N. American law firms, Global 100 law firms; experience within the litigation space of LegalTech preferred.
- You are skilled at navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes.
- You can earn credibility with c-suite and senior leaders within large global organizations.
- You are an ambitious self-starter with fantastic follow-through and ability to develop strong long-term client relationships.
- You are keen on organization, collaboration, getting things done, and routinely meet metric-based goals.
- You are able to travel as needed to spend valuable in-person time with law firm leaders.
- You have a proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.
- You have expert knowledge of sales process, methods, and techniques for successfully managing a complex consultative sales cycle that includes a variety of influencers/decision-makers within a law firm.
- You have executive presence and exemplary written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive & compelling presentations in a variety of settings (virtual and in-person, 1:1 and small groups, formal presentations, and informal conversations, etc.).
- You are highly proficient in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM.

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for retaining and growing the existing account base of approximately 800 small law firms (1-10 attorneys) while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory. This involves networking with customers both in person and over the phone to build confidence, demonstrate product knowledge, and achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
This role involves achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets by actively prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads to acquire new business within an assigned territory. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer needs, using solution-based selling to demonstrate value, recommending wireless solutions, and negotiating/closing deals.
