Job Requirements
- 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Professional Services Operations in high-growth Tech/SaaS
- Experience building driver-based planning models, data & analytic, preferably in services businesses
- Strong Professional Services business acumen: backlog management, utilization optimization, margin analysis
- SQL (Required): Snowflake SQL experience strongly preferred
- AI Tool Proficiency: Comfort using AI coding assistants (CoCo or similar) to accelerate work; "AI-first" problem-solving mindset
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with structured, auditable design
- Python and Tableau experience preferred
