Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive stock administration experience, with at least 5 years at a U.S. publicly traded company.
- Demonstrated experience as the lead stock administrator strongly preferred.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred (finance or accounting are a plus).
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal and state equity taxation.
- Experience with global equity administration and an understanding of international accounting, tax, and securities law requirements, particularly in Canada and India.
- Experience working directly with Computershare, E*TRADE / EEO, and PwC strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office suite, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex equity concepts into clear guidance for Titans at all levels, from new hires to executives.
- A positive can-do attitude, good judgment, and the ability to work independently while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
