Accountabilities
- Drive seasonal concept development specific to boys' apparel.
- Interpret macro and youth trend insights through a commercial lens.
- Design and develop color stories, graphics, prints, and fabrics.
- Balance fashion trends with product durability and wash performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet cost and margin targets.
- Lead and mentor junior designers within the team.

Qualifications
