Job Description
• Establish and run the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
• Partner with strategic sourcing leaders to manage ODM and JDM relationships
• Empower a team of Technical Program Managers and Product Realization Leads
• Align hardware and software schedules for program delivery and value creation
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of hardware experience with at least five years leading direct reports
- Proven track record of New Product Introduction processes in Agile environments
- Ability to link complex business systems to product development goals
- Experience with ODM/JDM partnerships and global manufacturing terms
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations or MBA is a plus
- Lean Manufacturing certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
