Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, demonstrating a deep understanding of S/4HANA Data Models, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW/4HANA
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale data migrations or BI transformations
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 core modules, specifically focused on Order to Cash (O2C) or Procure to Pay (P2P) data flows
- In-depth knowledge of ETL tools and Data Quality software (e.g., SAP Data Services, Information Steward, or ADM/BackOffice Associates)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Chief Data Officers (CDOs), CFOs, and technical architects
- Proficiency in project management, including the ability to manage resource allocation, data cutover plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ability to align data initiatives with business goals, such as improving spend visibility, optimizing inventory, or accelerating the financial close.
