Job Description
Ali Awad Law, P.C. is a personal injury law firm in downtown Atlanta that is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Paralegal. This Full-Time Paralegal will know their state's nuances well and will be ready to join the firm to offer their knowledge.
A minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- PERSONAL INJURY experience
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests
- Assist in trial preparation.
