Job Description
• Own the day-to-day operations of multiple engineering teams
• Lead quarterly planning processes to align engineering efforts with business objectives
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing clear and actionable feedback
• Build and mentor high-performing teams
• Facilitate collaboration between teams, manage dependencies
• Maintain a strong technical pulse across teams
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in engineering management
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage in architectural discussions
- Proven track record of establishing and improving development processes
- Demonstrated success building and developing teams
- Sound judgment about when to make decisions independently
- Excellent at distilling complex technical topics for diverse audiences
