• Partner with the Head of Operations to design and deliver training addressing audit findings, regulatory requirements, and policy updates. • Monitor provider performance and documentation practices, ensuring adherence to care planning, reporting, and compliance requirements. • Develop QA dashboards, reports, and documentation to measure training effectiveness and compliance outcomes. • Serve as a subject matter resource for interpreting compliance standards and embedding them into day-to-day operations. • Conduct documentation reviews and identify trends tied to compliance or training gaps. • Collaborate with operations, customer success, and product to align platform features and workflows. • Support development of compliance dashboards, reporting, and metrics to measure program effectiveness and audit readiness. • Contribute to readiness for new initiatives, state expansions, and evolving regulatory environments.
