• Oversee all strategic sourcing and supplier management performance • Develop category management strategies, execute upon them, and monitor their success • Manage supplier relationships, performance and improvement, risks, and issues • Facilitate the sourcing process with business unit teams • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units for effective procurement activities • Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage project updates • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders • Provide functional guidance related to project resources
