• Design and facilitate parent focus groups to assess the end-to-end tapouts experience • Gather qualitative insights related to: Platform usability and experience, Coaching quality and coach-parent communication, Session structure and outcomes • Synthesize findings into clear themes, insights, and patterns • Develop actionable recommendations to improve product, coaching delivery, and overall parent satisfaction • Deliver a final insights report and presentation to leadership with prioritized improvement opportunities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across coaching, product, and operations teams
