Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Concierge. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with end-to-end vacation planning, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions

  • Provide destination expertise, personalized recommendations, and professional travel guidance

  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online platforms

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings

  • Coordinate reservations, confirmations, changes, and special requests with travel partners

  • Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and documentation

Qualifications
  • Genuine interest in travel and helping others create memorable experiences

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using internet-based systems

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region

  • No prior travel industry experience required; training and certification are provided
