In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers, resolving inquiries and managing itinerary changes with efficiency and empathy. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.
- Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
- Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
