Job Description

• Own inbound lead handling workflows, including reviewing inbound leads for ICP fit • Validate account and contact data, and routing to the appropriate SDR or AE • Support Sales Development leadership in departmental projects impacting Revenue’s Top-Of-Funnel • Own ICP list generation and filtration • Research breach reports and public sources to identify impacted companies • Process event and webinar attendee lists • Perform data enrichment and normalization work across accounts and contacts • Maintain CRM hygiene and routing readiness • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps • Develop repeatable workflows and light process improvements • Grow into the SDR role by learning ICP, account prioritization, sales process, and how clean data drives pipeline

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, sales operations, lead research, customer research, or a similar role
  • Strong at research and critical thinking
  • Comfortable working through ambiguous inputs to produce clean, usable outputs
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects
  • Background in organized sports/experience working in a small team environment is a plus
  • College degree or equivalent required
