The therapist will provide a full range of crisis and stabilization services, including conducting behavioral health assessments and delivering crisis interventions as part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities also involve coordinating care, arranging necessary transportation, making referrals, and delivering short-term, evidence-based counseling to individuals and families.

The therapist will provide excellent care, including mental health assessments and teletherapy, to PreK-12 students and school staff, typically for 2-4 months per student. They will also build collaborative relationships with school staff and meet regularly to discuss student mental health needs and develop strategies.

The consultant will perform one-time, comprehensive medical need assessments within an individual's home. They must provide expert recommendations for necessary equipment, services, and care to support member independence and complete required documentation online.

The primary responsibility involves providing outpatient behavioral health services to individuals of all ages experiencing psychological difficulties to help them interact appropriately and develop meaningful community relationships. This includes performing comprehensive assessments, providing individual, group, and family therapy, and maintaining necessary medical records in compliance with regulations.
