This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing details, providing helpful guidance, and delivering a smooth client experience from travel inquiry to confirmation. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, coordinate, and confirm travel reservations for accommodations, transportation, and related services

• Compare available options to align with client preferences and budget

• Verify booking details and ensure all confirmations are accurate

• Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and online platforms

• Manage updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly

• Maintain organized and detailed client records

• Follow established booking procedures and service standards

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
