Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vacation Planning Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and booking vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Support clients with vacation plans, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
Provide destination knowledge, personalized recommendations, and professional travel guidance
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online platforms
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships
Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and changes with travel partners
Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and documentation
Qualifications
Genuine interest in travel and assisting others with memorable experiences
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively
Basic proficiency with computers, internet tools, and online systems
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
No prior experience in the travel industry required; training and certification are provided
