Role Summary

The Remote Customer Care Agent supports all clients with detailed travel research, coordinating reservations, and ensuring booking details are accurate and complete. This role focuses on customer service, booking coordination, and administrative accuracy in a remote setting.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients with detailed travel plans

Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems

Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budget
