• Support the preparation and publishing of digital content across Ascension’s platforms, including podcasts, websites, email, and social media • Assist marketers and producers in packaging content for different platforms, ensuring messaging and formatting are optimized for each channel • Help coordinate content launches by tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables • Draft and proofread basic marketing copy, such as descriptions, show notes, social captions, and email content • Upload and organize content within content management systems and marketing tools • Perform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, properly formatted, and published on schedule • Collaborate with marketing team members to execute campaigns for podcasts and videos • Assist with audience engagement efforts, such as monitoring comments, feedback, or performance metrics • Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to content production and marketing workflows • Learn and apply best practices for digital marketing, content distribution, and platform-specific strategies
