• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance and chart of accounts management • Ensure accurate transaction coding, reconciliations, and expense categorization • Manage complex accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows • Process payroll and work with payroll platforms such as Gusto, Rippling, ADP, or Wagepoint • Support sales tax filings, with exposure to Canadian sales tax and U.S. tools like Avalara or TaxJar considered a strong plus • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance bookkeeping workflows and reporting accuracy • Assist with client onboarding by setting up financial systems and providing guidance when needed
