Job Description

IonQ is developing the world's most powerful full-stack quantum computer based on trapped-ion technology. As an Integration Analyst, you’ll focus on ensuring that integrations meet or exceed financial and operational expectations. You’ll build dashboards, track synergies, manage secure data rooms, and prepare executive readouts that enable rapid decision-making. This role offers exceptional visibility into the economics of integration and how strategy becomes reality.  In this role, you will maintain synergy trackers, quantify impact, link operational milestones to value capture, standardize templates, maintain dependency maps, and partner with FP&A and functional leads to quantify progress vs. plan. You will report to the Senior Director, Integration. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with FP&A to establish synergy baselines, forecasts, and track actuals
  • Analyze forecast variance to identify and escalate risks  
  • Estimate and track integration achievement budget  
  • Build and maintain integration dashboards (deal thesis realization, synergies,  milestones, operational KPIs)  
  • Run value-realization reviews with workstream leads  
  • Maintain secure data rooms, decision logs, and version-controlled artifacts
  • Support value-realization related updates to master integration plan  
  • Draft weekly executive updates and workstream reports  


You’d be a good fit with: 

  • 4+ years in business/financial analysis, consulting, or operations finance  in hardware/tech/industrial/defense  
  • BA/BS in finance, business, engineering, economics, or related
  • Proficiency in modeling with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, BI tools.

You’d be a great fit with: 

  • Proficiency in modeling with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, BI tools.Experience with KPI/OKR design and exec dashboards 
  • Clear, concise communication for exec updates

Location: This position can work onsite or hybrid from one of our offices (College Park, MD, Bothell, WA) or fully remote in the US.

The approximate base salary range for this position is $108,438 - $141,407. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, and equity.

Compensation will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. Beyond base salary, total compensation includes a variable bonus and equity component and a range of benefit options found on our career site at ionq.co/jobs.  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided when a candidate receives an offer of employment. IonQ's HQ is located in College Park, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently opened manufacturing and production facility in Bothell, WA (near Seattle). Depending on the position, you may be required to be near one of our offices in College Park, Seattle, Toronto, Canada, and Basel, Switzerland.
