Job Description

• Design application user interface via wireframes and prototypes • Document and recommend strategic solutions to business processes • Write detailed application user interface requirement specifications • Liaison between the business and development team • Collaborate with Product Architect, Software Engineers and QA • Oversee product UI development to ensure business requirements are met • Perform usability testing of the application • Facilitate user acceptance testing with the business • Work with QA to troubleshoot issues • Develop estimates for product UI design

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science - or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years’ experience in product and system user interface design and requirements definition
  • Experience building healthcare applications
  • Experience in designing user interfaces
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design tools for building wireframes and prototypes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret complex business needs, and develop data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of technology including database and software tools
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps, SDLC, and product lifecycle
