Job Description
Role Description
As an Operations Associate, you will support the coordination and monitoring of operational activities related to IT and telecommunications services delivered to international clients. This role focuses on task coordination, operational tracking, documentation, and communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The position is designed for professionals with 1–2 years of professional experience who are comfortable working in structured environments and supporting operational processes.

Operational Coordination
- Support daily operational planning and task tracking
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and technical stakeholders
- Follow up on action items and ensure operational deadlines are met
- Maintain structured operational trackers and documentation

Monitoring & Reporting
- Track operational progress and delivery timelines
- Identify delays or operational risks and escalate when necessary
- Prepare structured status updates and operational summaries
- Maintain clear documentation of operational activities

Technical Environment Support
- Work alongside technical teams involved in IT infrastructure and telecommunications services
- Maintain documentation related to technical activities and operational processes
- Translate technical inputs into structured operational documentation

Process & Quality Compliance
- Follow internal operational procedures and quality standards
- Support preparation of documentation for internal reviews or client reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of full-time professional experience in operations, IT support, service coordination, or similar roles
- Internships or academic projects do not count as professional experience
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, IP addressing, firewalls, or cloud environments)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional home-office setup

- Experience working with task tracking tools or operational dashboards
- Experience working with international teams
