- Creative Asset Creation: Design a wide range of marketing materials for both digital and print media, such as website graphics, social media assets, email templates, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and event collateral.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, product teams, and engineers, to translate marketing strategies and business objectives into high-impact visual stories.
- Conceptualization and Storytelling: Participate in creative brainstorms and develop original design concepts that resonate with the target audience and drive action.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present and articulate creative ideas and design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining designs as needed.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's creative output remains fresh and innovative.
What You Bring

- Expertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation tools (e.g., After Effects), or generative AI tools is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a diverse range of high-quality design work across different mediums is essential.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional creativity and artistic talent.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to balance artistic expression with business goals.
