Job Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and driving organizational HR strategies that align with business goals in a complex, regulated environment.
- Profound knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, growth & development, retention, and offboarding.
- Extensive experience navigating strategic compensation decisions, including equity planning, executive compensation, and total rewards philosophy, specifically within financial services firms.
- Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders, particularly within Global Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit functions.
- Deep understanding of succession planning and workforce development strategies to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure long-term organizational success.
- Expertise in managing HR considerations and compliance for teams operating under regulatory requirements, demonstrating a strong grasp of risk management in HR.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to engage effectively and build trust with all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate extreme ownership, and drive complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion, even in ambiguous situations.
