Job Description

• Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices for a member of the Executive Leadership Team. • Prepares correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc. • Initiates routine and non-routine correspondence and memoranda. • Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries. • Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. • Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings. • May utilize the assistance of one or more support staff members on a reporting or project basis. • Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Five to seven (5-7) years of executive administrative assistant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
  • Personal time management and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information
