Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA; Public accounting experience, Big 4 preferred but not required.
- In depth experience in public accounting / private industry with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills with a consistent record of leading meaningful initiatives across the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Comfortable addressing technical accounting issues and accounting for complex transactions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment (preferred but not required).
- A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and accounting challenges (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, current knowledge of U.S. GAAP (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment (preferred but not required).
- Effective project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, and manage multiple projects simultaneously (preferred but not required).
