Role Description
As the Talent Development team continues to evolve, we are adding a Sr. LMS Analyst to strengthen our support capabilities. The Learning Management System (LMS) at Arthrex is a global system that provides, maintains, and supports all essential training records for employees in every country and region. The LMS Analyst position is responsible for the technical and non-technical management and maintenance of the company’s global learning management system. This role ensures the LMS operates effectively and efficiently to meet the learning and development needs of the organization.
- Support users, manage content, generate reports, and collaborate with various departments to create, deliver, test, assign, track, monitor, and evaluate training and learning programs.
- Provide LMS related administrative support and accountability including daily administration, employee inquiries, monitoring training completion, creating system guides and documentation, and troubleshooting employee, training, and system issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Learning Design and Technology, Business, Computer Science or similar.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience working with a learning management system.
- Experience working with a Document Management System or Quality Management System is required.
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts required.
- Previous position in regulated industry, Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and skills in managing learning systems and eLearning content authoring tools required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Basic coding (HTML, CSS, SQL).
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS preferred.
- Experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics or Plateau Report Designer is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of industry practices and standards in learning systems or learning-focused software.
- Strong business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to function independently and effectively as a primary contact with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the senior management level.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Experience with process improvement techniques and tools.
