Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Arrangements Consultant to assist clients with planning and confirming travel experiences. This role centers on organization, research, and communication to ensure each travel plan is structured clearly and executed accurately.

In this role, you will:

  • Communicate with clients to understand travel goals, schedules, and budgets.
  • Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop organized travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate bookings, confirm reservations, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when required.
