Role Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual healthcare services to patients, including:

• Conducting virtual consultations with patients, assessing their health concerns and providing appropriate care and treatment.
• Educating patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Staying current on telehealth best practices and technology updates.
• Adhering to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a telehealth or remote care environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms for patient consultations.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
