Job Description
Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual healthcare services to patients, including:
- Conducting virtual consultations with patients, assessing their health concerns and providing appropriate care and treatment.
- Educating patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Staying current on telehealth best practices and technology updates.
- Adhering to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a telehealth or remote care environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms for patient consultations.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
