Role Description
We are seeking a Data & Forecast Lead Analyst who will work as a part of a dynamic supply chain team to assist with business analysis of healthcare products, enhance patient care, safety, and caregiver workflow.
As the Lead Analyst, your contributions to the team will include:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver executive-ready summaries and KPI reports that highlight risks, opportunities, and variance against actual performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine forecasting methodologies and implement new tools (e.g., AI/Machine Learning) to reduce bias and error.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of systems and analytics tools used by the organization (including, but not limited to Excel, Access Database creation/management, and Syteline Reporting).
- Evaluate, manage, track, and enter pricing contracts and price lists for accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Gather data and provide analysis from our internal systems (Syteline), based on inventory positions and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required, with major in Business, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred or combination of experience, education, and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience analyzing pricing data and statistical/business analytics in a medium-large company.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or specialized forecasting software like Yardi or Kinaxis.
