Role Description

The Clinical Care Partner position plays a critical role by offering support and case management when employees and family members call for services. If you want to make a positive difference in the lives of others and value a healthy workplace, we encourage you to apply.

This position is PRN (scheduled "as needed") weekdays between 8am-5pm ET. Payment is on an hourly basis; please indicate your rate. Training will be in office (Charlotte NC); once trained, will work remote. The Clinical Care Partner - PRN must provide their own computer (device system requirements: Windows 10 or later, macOS 13 or later, iPadOS 17.0 or later).

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and link them to providers or community resources
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers
  • Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
  • Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
  • Maintain case notes
  • Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA)

Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctorate degree
  • 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
  • Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered)

Requirements

  • Comfortable working with a team
  • Organized and able to multi-task and manage well under stressful situations
  • Customer service experience including phone-based
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software
  • EAP experience and CEAP credential
