• Execute reconciliation and audit processes between the Business unit (BU) systems and the billing/revenue recognition systems to look for missing billing and revenue includes user license and system functionality access audits. • Monitor and analyze billing and invoicing, processes to detect discrepancies and identify revenue leakage. • Develop and maintain revenue assurance controls, dashboards, and reporting tools. • Conduct root cause analysis for revenue leakage and recommend corrective actions. • Establish clear communication channels and workflows with the revenue accounting and billing departments to facilitate timely resolution of discrepancies. • Collaborate with Operations and Accounting teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition. • Support audits and compliance initiatives related to billing and revenue processes. • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue assurance, such as revenue leakage rate, reconciliation timeliness, annual run rate and in-year revenue adjustments and other audit findings.
