Job Description

• Design architectural patterns that ensure high availability and fault tolerance of the product. • Rapidly iterate on prototypes using user feedback and analytics to refine the user experience in collaboration with design and product teams. • Implement features and optimizations in the product that are specifically aimed at fostering growth. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development objectives. • Mentor junior engineers on best coding practices and lead by writing clean, maintainable code. • Analyze and enhance code efficiency to boost system performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years with software development in a growth-focused role
Proficiency in architectural pattern design for high availability and fault tolerance
Ability to assess technical feasibility for growth initiatives
Experience with prototyping tools and rapid iteration techniques
Expertise in developing scalable solutions with innovative technologies
Knowledge with leading development of production-ready code
Proficiency in code optimization for system performance enhancement
Track record in system architecture innovation and product platform development
Successful implementation of high-impact growth strategies in previous roles
History of leading cross-functional teams to align on product development objectives
Documented ability to influence product strategy with an engineering perspective
Experience in resolving complex issues in software development lifecycle
