• Assist the CORE embedded lead with the deployment and configuration of the CORE operating system within ES-Data, aligned to RTX strategy • Maintain and enhance the control tower to track and visualize key business metrics • Assess data domain maturity against CORE standards and drive improvement actions • Execute and monitor continuous improvement plans using CORE tools • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure control tower targets are met and enable collaboration • Provide training and support on CORE methodologies to foster continuous improvement in ES Data • Ensure effective data management to support data integrity of control tower reporting • Develop and analyze reports to track progress, trends, and decision-making
