• Provide functional support for Finance Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs. • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues. • Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis. • Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams. • Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities. • Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices. • Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. • Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing. • Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams. • Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.
