• Review and resolve unpaid accounts to secure accurate and timely reimbursement. • Ensure payments received are correct, complete, and properly documented. • Correct and update account information, including payer verification, EOB review, adjustments, transfers, and task creation. • Meet established productivity standards while maintaining high quality in all account actions. • Identify and communicate trends, discrepancies, or issues to the team and supervisor. • Stay current on state rules, regulations, payer requirements, and relevant publications, and share updates with the team. • Complete all tasks, follow-ups, and escalations within required timelines. • Participate in required remote meetings with live video. • Other projects and duties as assigned.
