• Independently develop, maintain, and update integrated plans and schedules to meet program or project requirements • Perform schedule and data analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments, and root-cause analysis to determine impacts and constraints; summarize findings and recommend mitigation actions • Create and maintain project reports, metrics, dashboards, and change activity records; communicate status and updates to stakeholders regularly throughout the project lifecycle • Lead coordination for project deliverables and drive cross-functional alignment to achieve project objectives; act as primary project contact for defined project areas or subsystems • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, business systems, and tools; propose and implement process or tooling improvements that enhance team efficiency and decision making • Support leadership meeting preparation and productivity by coordinating agendas, materials, and follow-up on action items for project or program-level discussions • Develop clear communications and stakeholder-facing materials (status summaries, pre-reads, talking points) tailored to the audience • Assist immediate team and extended stakeholders in developing recovery plans when projects deviate from plan
