As part of our growing remote team, you will help individuals understand available coverage options while providing dependable guidance and support.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled phone and virtual consultations with members who have requested information

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions and provide updates

  • Support existing members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance

  • Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation

  • Ensure full compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards


What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort using technology and digital tools in a remote environment

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

  • A client-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills

  • Customer service or client-facing experience (helpful but not required)

  • Coachability and commitment to professional development
