Job Description

• Support the design and delivery of engaging, high-impact training programs for both new hires and experienced team members across the revenue organization. • Curate, organize, and maintain centralized enablement content repositories to ensure the revenue team has easy access to the most up-to-date collateral. • Provide support and guidance on the use of sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, GovSpend, and Calendly. • Document enablement programs, sales workflows, and process changes. • Help track enablement program impact by gathering feedback, analyzing rep performance data, and generating insights to iterate and improve future initiatives. • Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to align strategies, gather feedback, and ensure consistency across enablement efforts. • Build trusted relationships with reps to understand their challenges and provide ongoing, tailored support and coaching materials.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales support, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Skilled in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms, such as Salesforce and Outreach (or comparable tools), is preferred.
  • Deep interest in enabling others and improving how teams learn, communicate, and perform.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and energized by cross-functional work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
