This is your opportunity to lead and scale an established, profitable eCommerce services company — complete with team, clients, systems, and recurring revenue.

You step in as CEO + Owner, focusing primarily on growth, marketing strategy, partnerships, and revenue expansion, while leveraging an experienced team, proven operational infrastructure, and modern AI capabilities to unlock new growth opportunities.
We are particularly interested in leaders who are actively exploring and applying agentic AI systems to transform marketing, sales, and operations.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Your core focus will be accelerating growth and expanding market presence across the Amazon and broader eCommerce ecosystem.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Define and execute the company’s growth and go-to-market strategy
Build and scale lead generation and demand generation channels
Expand marketing initiatives across content, partnerships, and ecosystem visibility
Develop strategic partnerships within the Amazon and eCommerce ecosystem
Strengthen the company’s brand positioning and differentiation
Identify new revenue opportunities, offers, and productized services
Implement AI-driven growth systems, including agentic workflows for marketing, sales, and internal operations
Lead and empower an experienced remote team across operations and delivery
Own the P&L and revenue growth targets
Explore AI-enabled service innovation and tech-enabled expansion
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Required:
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Strong growth mindset with ownership mentality
Ability to lead and motivate a remote team
Comfort owning revenue targets and P&L
Experience driving growth in services or eCommerce environments
Preferred Experience:
Scaling agency, consulting, or B2B services businesses
Growth marketing and go-to-market leadership
Partnerships and ecosystem development
Experience in Amazon marketplace or broader eCommerce
Familiarity with AI automation, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted operations
Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools to accelerate marketing, sales, and operational leverage
