What You’ll Do
• Deliver clear, credible, and unbiased medical and scientific communications aligned with strategic priorities.
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Support regional education, advisory initiatives, and scientific training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective evidence dissemination and scientific alignment.
• Gather, analyze, and report actionable field insights to help guide medical strategy.
• Partner closely with Global Medical Affairs and R&D.
What You Bring
• PhD or MD in a field related to laboratory diagnostics
• Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory leadership experience
• Strong scientific communication and critical‑thinking skills
• Expertise in clinical chemistry and/or immunology; allergy testing preferred
• High technical proficiency
Preferred:
• Board Certification in Clinical Chemistry or equivalent
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing scientific or medical role

The base pay range for this position is:
$177,290 - $243,771Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
