Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university required with a major or emphasis in Business, Computer Science, Math, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance product management or related field required
- Insurance industry knowledge or demonstrated work experience required
- Exposure to industry recognized product management curriculum, or demonstrated experience preferred
- Experience managing complex, large-scale, high risk product development projects preferred
- Knowledge of actuarial practice area is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, commercial lines a plus
- Resourcefulness to research industry topics and develop proficient knowledge of internal systems and constraints to aid in managing individual state compliance

The Senior Product Manager conceives, develops, delivers, and manages products, leading all phases of the product life cycle from inception to marketplace introduction to meet customer needs and achieve success outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading large-scale product efforts focused on improving claims processing systems, serving as Epic Owner, and driving multi-disciplinary stakeholder collaboration across Medicare and Medicaid lines of business.
The Product Manager will be responsible for executing a clear product strategy aligned with company goals, managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working closely with the development team to enhance the Plug&Charge and Intercharge platforms. Responsibilities also include collaborating with global teams, offering ongoing technical support to customers, and managing relationships for major accounts.
