- Colorado Resident
- 3+ Years of Project Management experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, Dragonboat, Co-Pilot/ChatGPT, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience of working with JIRA and an Agile SDLC preferred
- PMP Certification or equivalent preferred
- Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement certification preferred
- Knowledge of health insurance industry preferred
- Change Management expertise
