Job Description
• Analyze and understand current claims business processes, goals, and operational challenges.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Lead discovery efforts to evaluate current processes and define future-state digital capabilities.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure initiatives support broader platform strategies.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business architecture, digital product, product management, or business analysis roles.
- Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver digital products or platforms (web, mobile, or customer-facing solutions).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Excel or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
