Job Description

• Collaborate with Alkami's existing bank and credit union customers to understand their current and future digital banking strategies, goals and pain points • Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients within assigned territory • Partner with account management team to conduct regularly business reviews with customers to assess their progress • Drive customer renewals by demonstrating the value and benefits of Alkami's digital banking solutions • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support customer engagements • Build and maintain strong relationships, virtual and in-person, with key decision makers and stakeholders within assigned territory • Meet or exceed sales targets

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
8+ years proven sales experience, directly supporting a quota
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional relationship building and networking skills
Self motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain high ethical standard and determination to succeed
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers (25-50%)
