Job Description
Job Requirements
- BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- 4+ years of experience in California public works labor compliance or certified payroll review.
- Strong knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting requirements.
- Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and Statement of Compliance forms.
- Familiarity with transportation or infrastructure public works projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify wage or reporting discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with LCPtracker, Elation Systems, or similar labor compliance software.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and subcontractors regarding payroll corrections.
