Peraton is looking for a Senior React Developer with CI/CD experience to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.
This position is remote.
The Senior React Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing user interface components for an existing system using modern React frameworks and related front-end technologies. This role leads the implementation of dynamic form interfaces, client-side validation logic, workflow interaction components, and integration with backend APIs while ensuring adherence to established architectural standards. The Senior React Developer collaborates closely with solution architects, backend developers, QA engineers, and DevSecOps engineers to deliver secure and scalable application functionality within a sprint-based delivery model.
This position also plays a key role in integrating front-end development with the CI/CD pipeline to ensure automated builds, testing, and deployment readiness. The Senior React Developer contributes to code reviews, enforces coding standards, and mentors other developers to ensure consistent quality across the development teams.
Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement React-based user interfaces and reusable component libraries
- Implement dynamic forms, validation logic, and workflow-driven UI behavior
- Integrate front-end components with .NET APIs and backend services
- Participate in architectural design discussions and technical solution reviews
- Integrate front-end code with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments
- Perform code reviews and mentor development team members
- Optimize application performance and user experience across browsers and devices
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or a Masters degree and 6 years of experience or an Associates degree and 10 years of experience or a High School diploma and 12 years of experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on modern web applications.
- 4+ years of hands on experience building scalable front end applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks such as ES6+, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
Proven experience designing and developing complex, form driven user interfaces and workflow based web applications within enterprise environments.
Experience integrating front end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of responsive web design, accessibility standards, and secure front end development practices.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.EEO
