• Own the design and delivery of high-quality clinical training programs that drive confident adoption of Nabla across provider teams. • Serve as the clinical educator for new and existing customers, translating product capabilities into clear, workflow-aligned training experiences. • Design, maintain, and continuously improve clinician training curricula across: New customer onboarding, Role-based and specialty-specific workflows, Feature releases and product updates. • Create structured training materials, including: Live training decks and facilitator guides, Recorded sessions and modular learning content, Train-the-trainer resources for clinical champions. • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Product Ops to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with release readiness. • Lead live virtual and onsite training sessions for providers and care teams during customer launches. • Execute train-the-trainer programs to enable clinical champions at enterprise accounts. • Deliver refresher trainings and follow-up enablement sessions as needed to reinforce best practices. • Tailor training delivery to different clinical roles, specialties, and care settings. • Travel to customer sites during launch phases to deliver onsite clinician training and onboarding sessions.
