- Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or premium consumer services preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Advanced coaching capabilities in consultative selling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%.
